What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Please note that our On-Demand (same-day) Delivery Service has a separate fee of $19.95 USD. Our On-Demand delivery fee is in addition to our normal same-day service charge. Our normal Same-Day Delivery (without On-Demand) is 10% of the gross order amount of each order. It is applied to all flower and plant orders delivered in the U.S. and Canada.

How long will delivery take?

Every gift bouquet is personally hand-delivered by an industry professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To assure normal same-day delivery, orders must be received before 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday, or before 1PM on Saturdays in the recipient’s time zone. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. On-Demand (same-day) deliveries can be scheduled during all business hours (open to close) and are guaranteed to be delivered shortly (usually less than an hour) after an order is placed.

Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time for normal same-day delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please select On-Demand Delivery during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Shortly after you place an order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation e-mail. Please put this in a safe place, as it will include all the details of your order, including an order number, in the event you need to contact us. To show our appreciation, you’ll receive a Thank You e-mail from us when your gift has been received.
